This lovely Nao Flower Girl figurine is fitting reminder of a joyful wedding day. Her mood is sweet and reverential as she strolls forward with her bouquet held high. The excellent craftsmanship of Spain's famous Lladro studios is evident in the flowing lines of the full dress and the exquisite details of the girl's abundant curls and little flowers. Each petal is articulated, and the leaves even show tiny veins. The dress also features beautiful detailing, a white-on-white band of floral trim and a long blue sash. Crafted from fine porcelain, the piece is painted by hand with surety and subtlety. A glossy overglaze reflects the light from all angles. Noise supression experiment.
Shot ten times @-1 EV underexposition with Canon PS S5 IS (hacked with CHDK) in RAW format. All ten images were converted in 16bit TIFFs via RAWTherapy, opened in Photoshop, transferred in to Lab color space and desaturated. Saved as 16bit monochrome TIFFs and summed with ImageJ 1.40 yeilding 32bit monochrome result. It was conveted back into 16 bit and returned to Photoshop in Lab mode. One of the JPGs saved along with RAWs were used to obtain lost a and b channels and so the colors return.
As a result this is absolutely noise-free image.
Background was clipped with vector mask.
